1. Appointment Scheduling

  • All services are by appointment only. Please call or use our online booking system to schedule your visit.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

3. Payment Policy

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Prices are subject to change. You will be informed of any changes during your consultation.

4. Consultations

  • All new clients must undergo a consultation prior to any treatment. This allows us to assess your needs and recommend appropriate services.

5. Medical History

  • As a registered nurse injector, it is vital that you provide a complete medical history. Certain conditions may preclude you from receiving specific treatments.
  • We comply with HIPAA regulations to protect your personal information.

6. Service Satisfaction

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about a treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for a follow-up consultation.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive injectable treatments. Parental consent is required for clients under 18 for other aesthetic services.
