MORPHEUS8 V FAQ's

Morpheus8 V is an advanced, non-surgical treatment specifically designed for feminine wellness. It utilizes fractional radiofrequency (RF) energy delivered through microneedling to deep-tissue layers. This process stimulates the body’s natural collagen and elastin production, helping to remodel and tighten the internal and external vaginal tissues for improved tone and function.

This treatment is highly effective for women looking to address concerns such as vaginal laxity, dryness, and mild urinary incontinence. By revitalizing the delicate tissues, it helps restore moisture, improve sensitivity, and strengthen the pelvic floor support. It is a transformative option for those experiencing changes due to childbirth, aging, or hormonal shifts.

The procedure is performed in-office and is designed with patient comfort in mind. While it is a powerful treatment, it is minimally invasive with very little downtime. Most patients can return to their daily routines immediately, though We typically recommend avoiding strenuous exercise or intimate activity for a few days to allow the tissues to heal optimally. Improved results are often noticed after just one session, with best results seen after a series of treatments.

MORPHEUS8 V FAQ's

Most women are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these treatments are.

• Morpheus8 V – This is the most intensive treatment in the series. We use topical numbing for comfort, and
most women describe it as pressure, warmth, or mild prickling rather than pain.
• VTone – Feels like rhythmic pelvic floor contractions, similar to intense Kegels.
• FormaV – Often described as a warm, gentle internal massage with little to no discomfort.
• Tone – Feels like powerful muscle contractions of the pelvic floor, core, and surrounding support muscles.

Comfort settings are always customized to your tolerance

Treatment times vary depending on the technology used:

• Morpheus8V – approximately 30–45 minutes including preparation and numbing
• VTone – approximately 20–30 minutes
• FormaV – approximately 20–30 minutes
• Tone – approximately 20–30 minutes

Most appointments fit easily into a lunch break or busy day.

This depends on your symptoms, anatomy, hormonal status, and goals, but most women benefit from:

• Morpheus8V – typically 3 treatments
• VTone – typically 6 weekly treatments
• FormaV – typically 3 treatments
• Tone – often 6–8 sessions depending on muscle weakness and goals

Many women notice improvements after the first session, but results are cumulative.

Typical spacing:

• Morpheus8V – every 4 weeks
• VTone – 1–2 times weekly depending on protocol
• FormaV – every 2–4 weeks
• Tone – weekly

Your plan may combine modalities for optimal results.

Some women notice changes after their very first treatment, especially with hydration, circulation, and muscle awareness.

For collagen remodeling and tissue tightening, results typically continue improving over 4–12 weeks as your body builds new collagen.

Muscle strengthening improves progressively throughout your treatment series.

Downtime is minimal.

• Morpheus8 V -Mild tenderness or swelling may occur for a few days.
• VTone and Tone -No downtime. Most women return to normal activities immediately.
• FormaV – Minimal downtime.

Depending on the treatment performed, pelvic rest may be recommended for 48–72 hours.

Absolutely—and often that’s where the magic happens.

Many women benefit from combining:

• VTone + Tone for muscle strengthening
• FormaV + Morpheus8V for tissue tightening and collagen stimulation
• A full customized combination for both function and rejuvenation

Combination protocols are commonly recommended for the most comprehensive results.

Before Your Treatment:

1 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. Healthy tissue responds beautifully to treatment, so drink plenty of water in the 24–48 hours leading up to your appointment.

2 Avoid intimacy for 24 hours before your visit. This helps minimize irritation and keeps tissues calm before treatment.

3 Skip vaginal products the day of treatment. Please avoid creams, lubricants, suppositories, powders, perfumes, or other intimate products unless specifically prescribed by your provider.

4 Come freshly showered. No need for anything fancy—just clean, comfortable, and ready for a little self-care.

5 Empty your bladder before treatment. Especially important for VTone and Tone to maximize comfort during your session.

6 Please share everything with your provider. Recent UTIs, yeast infections, active irritation, abnormal bleeding, pregnancy, implanted electrical devices, pelvic surgeries, mesh procedures, pacemakers, IUD concerns, hormone changes—we want to know it all so we can treat you safely.

7 If you’re menstruating, let us know. Some treatments may still be possible, while others may be more comfortable to reschedule.

8 Pause internal vaginal products unless medically necessary. If you use estrogen cream, moisturizers, boric acid, or prescription products, ask your provider if any temporary adjustments are recommended.

9 For Morpheus8V patients: You may be asked to avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, or antiinflammatory medications before treatment if medically appropriate. Always consult your prescribing provider before stopping any medications.

10 Come ready to talk openly. Bladder leakage, painful intimacy, dryness, loss of sensation, urgency, recurrent urinary discomfort, postpartum changes, menopause—we talk about it all here.

After Your Treatment

1 Most women return right back to normal life. Many treatments have little to no downtime, and most clients drive themselves home and resume normal daily activities.

2 Hydrate afterward. Your muscles and tissues love hydration—especially after VTone and Tone muscle stimulation.

3 Mild warmth, fullness, tingling, or muscle fatigue is normal. Some women describe it as “I can definitely tell those muscles worked.”

4 For Morpheus8V and FormaV patients: Please avoid intercourse, tampons, hot tubs, pools, baths, saunas, and internal products for 48–72 hours, or as directed by your provider.

5 A little spotting or sensitivity can be normal after Morpheus8V. Light swelling, mild tenderness, or a sensation of fullness may occur and usually resolves quickly.

6 Pelvic floor treatments work best with consistency. Just like the gym, your muscles respond best when you complete your recommended series.

7 Listen to your body. If something doesn’t feel right—pain, unusual discharge, fever, worsening urinary symptoms, or anything that concerns you—please call us.

8 Collagen takes time. Some women notice changes quickly, while tissue remodeling and tightening continue improving over several weeks.

9 Maintenance matters. Many women choose maintenance treatments every 6–12 months to keep feeling strong, comfortable, and confident.

10 Most importantly… be patient with your body. She’s been through a lot—babies, hormones, stress, aging, life. This is your time.
